Service Rates

Effective - April 17, 2002

Below is a list of services and pricing offered by Trilogy Network Systems, Inc. as of April 17, 2002. A description of services is further down on this page.

Normal Business Hours Rates
Our normal "Business Hours" rates are $65.00 - $80.00 per hour. This rate applies to the hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Monday through Friday for both on-site support and telephone support.

After Hours Rates
Our normal "After Hours" rates are $130.00 per hour. This rate applies to the hours between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM each night and all day on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Custom Programming
Our hourly rates for custom programming or database manipulation is $90.00 per hour during "Business Hours" and $150 per hour during "After Hours".

Travel Time
Travel time is based on the travel time from Trilogy Network Systems to your location, and billed at the appropriate hourly rate. There is no charge for the return trip.

Rates and Services for Contract Customers
Trilogy offers discounted rates for "Contract Customers." A "Contract Customer" is defined as a person or organization who committs to a service agreement with Trilogy and guarantees payment of the negotiated fee each month. Since each organization's needs are different, agreements with Trilogy will differ. The monthly fee is determined by the services you choose and the size of your organization. As a contract customer you will get:

  • A 24 hour/7 days per week service/support commitment for on-site and telephone support.
  • Priority Response Time - your issues are taken care of before non-contract customers.
  • Services outside of the agreement are billed at a discounted rate of $65 per hour.
  • Programming services are also billed at a discounted rate of $80 per hour.

    Block of Hours Option
    Another discount option is to buy and pre-pay for a block of hours. A block of 30 "Normal Business Hours" can be purchased at a rate of $65.00 per hour for both on-site support and telephone support. Then, as our services are needed and rendered we will deduct the time from the account. When those hours are used up then the rates will revert back to the normal hourly pricing rates until another block of time is purchased.

     

     

    Description of Services

    Trilogy Network Systems, Inc. specializes in the design, installation, training and support for various information management systems for small businesses and healthcare providers. In today's competitive, high-cost world of healthcare and business, Trilogy offers the ability to have a complete information management department and total support solution at minimal cost.

    Systems Analysis and Consultation
    Before a product is recommended, a thorough analysis of the information management needs is conducted, along with a market search for the highest possible quality solutions.

    Hardware, Software and Service Lease
    Once a solution is agreed upon a monthly fee is negotiated. This monthly fee includes the complete solution. Below is a list of services included in the negotiated monthly fee.

    Software Sales
    It is the role of Trilogy Network Systems to take the time to research and locate possible software solutions so that you, or your staff, do not have to spend your valuable time in that process. As a part of the evaluation process, Trilogy will set-up appropriate product demonstrations when needed. Trilogy is an authorized reseller of the world's most popular software applications for business, such as Microsoft Office© products or the Corel WordPerfect Suite© of products. We are also authorized resellers of many industry-specific software applications.

    Hardware Sales or Leasing
    After the consultation phase, it is likely that certain hardware will be needed to support the software solution selected. Trilogy has special reseller and support agreements with many popular hardware manufacturers. This allows for quick response time and replacement of hardware if there is ever a failure. Trilogy can also build computers to the client's needs and specifications. Hardware leased from Trilogy is automatically covered with an extended warranty through the period of the lease. If there is a hardware failure during the term of the lease, there is NO cost for replacement. Extended warranties, of varying lengths of time, are also available for hardware purchased from Trilogy.

    Electronic Mail and Internet Connections
    Trilogy will set-up all appropriate users on the network for electronic mail, and if desired, set-up user access to the Internet.

    Installation and Implementation
    Trilogy will install all the hardware, set-up of network servers, install all needed software, establish all security procedures, connect all user stations and set-up the entire practice or business, and re-install if there is ever a move.

    Training
    All training is provided in the monthly service agreement fee. Everything from the initial training on the system to on-going productivity training throughout the service contract is provided. Also, training is provided by Trilogy in the event of personnel turnover.

    24 Hour Support
    Technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When any kind of computer question arises you and your staff can call our help desk.

    Disaster Recovery
    We will help prepare your business to get up and running as quickly as possible if you are unfortunate enough to experience a disaster such as fire, flood, earthquake or theft.

    On-going Consultation
    As your staff starts to become more familiar with the new system, you will want them to continue to learn more about the technology in which you have invested. Trilogy will continue to consult with you and train your people to use the system to your greatest advantage.

    Custom Programming
    There may be times when your business needs a custom-developed application to accomplish your particular goals. In those cases Trilogy has the ability to design, develop, test and implement such an application to your specifications. Custom programming is NOT included in a monthly service agreement. Trilogy will submit a proposal that will include a list of features, the amount of time projected to complete the project, and the cost for completion of the application.

    Data Export/Import
    If your business needs to migrate from an older system to a newer system, Trilogy programmers can export the data from the older system and import it into the newer system. This allows you to take advantage of your accumulated customer and/or product information. Data export and import is also NOT included in a monthly service agreement. Trilogy will submit a proposal that will include a list of data fields to export, the amount of time projected to complete the project, and the cost for the project's completion.
